16th floor (Suite 1602) 8215 112 Street
On Whyte Ave between 112 and 114 Streets, near the U of A hospital
Welcome to our New Home at College Plaza!
As of January 2026, The Acupuncture Turning Point will be located at College Plaza on Whyte Avenue.
We’ll be at our current location through Friday, December 19, and will reopen in the new space on Monday, January 5.
This move reflects a natural evolution of the clinic. The new space is smaller– just the right size for the work we do today, quieter (no sirens), and still a beautiful healing space. We welcome you again with natural light, plants, and a warm space designed to feel settled and unhurried.
While the address is changing, the care you receive remains the same: attentive, individualized, and grounded in experience.
Parking and giving yourself time when you first come

College Plaza offers ample underground parking, accessed on the south of the plaza mall strip (off the north side of Whyte Ave) where you can then enter and park at the single-level parkade. You then enter the tower from here to use the elevators to go up to our clinic on the 16th floor.
The underground parking rates are the same as our current location. As is typical along Whyte Avenue, less expensive street parking is available in the area around the plaza.
Entering from Outside
The 114th Street west entrance shown at the top of the page is used when entering the building by foot from outside to access the tower and the same elevators.
What isn’t changing
Although the space itself is smaller, the heart of the clinic remains the same:
• Same practitioners: Gord and Marisha
• Same one-on-one care
• Same pace, attention, and depth
• Same commitment to seeing the whole person, not just symptoms
The clinic itself is still part of your care — a space filled with art, plants, music, a water feature, and even a small library. Come early or stay afterward simply to enjoy the calm, have some tea, or engage with our books and art.
Why this change?
When the clinic first opened at its current location, there were multiple practitioners and more treatment rooms. Over time, the practice has naturally honed into a focused, single-acupuncturist clinic.
The new space reflects that reality — smaller, quieter, and better aligned with how the clinic now works. It offers the same light and warmth you’re used to.
During the transition
Appointments will still be booked as usual through our online booking system. If you need my help to book you in, or have questions about booking, arrival, or timing, you’re always welcome to reach out directly.
