We currently have three unique opportunities:

Clinic Coordinator and Laser Therapy Assistant

Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, with potential for growth
Employment Type: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and occasional Saturdays; flexible hours based on clinic needs.
Trial Period: 3 months

Join Our Clinic as a Key Support in Wellness & Patient Care

We are looking for a flexible, trainable, and people-oriented assistant to support both patient care and clinic operations. This role is not highly technical or medical—you don’t need a diploma or formal qualifications. Instead, we need someone who is:

✔ Keen, learns quickly, and is adaptable – Quick to learn new skills and apply them with care.
✔Personable, compassionate and professional – Able to connect and serve patients to create a welcoming presence.
✔Organized and proactive – Comfortable handling simple admin tasks and assisting with treatments.
✔ Someone looking for meaningful work in a wellness setting. Someone who values self-care and holistic healing in their own life.  They need to empathize and have lived similar struggles and challenges in life as many of our patients, but also be an example of one who can model what deeper health looks like – mind, body and spirit.
✔ Someone who wants to be part of a team but also work independently.
✔ A mature, reliable individual with depth of life experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Supporting Laser Therapy Treatments – After a short training course, you’ll apply laser treatments under supervision.
✔ Helping Manage Patient Flow – Checking on patients, assisting with room setup, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
✔ Light Administrative Work – Booking, payments, charting (no medical experience required), and general clinic support.
✔ Providing a Steady Presence – You won’t need to be at the clinic all day, but your presence at key times will help maintain efficiency.
✔ Assisting with Clinic Operations – Helping Gord manage daily workflow, laundry, handling small errands, and ensuring everything stays on track.

Massage Therapist

1. Part-Time with Growth Potential

We are looking for a massage therapist who can complement our existing practitioner by providing services during:

✔ Daytime
✔ Evenings
✔ Weekends
✔ Ideally, at times when our current massage therapist is unavailable

We Offer:

✔ A well-established client base and strong referrals to help grow your practice over time.
✔ A flexible transition plan—we are open to considering candidates who currently work elsewhere but want to transition to The Acupuncture Turning Point as their long-term home.
✔ A professional, medically compliant clinic space with a strong reputation in the community.

2. Acupuncture Apprenticeship
